Muhibbah Engineering (M) Bhd is a public listed company on the Main Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE). Muhibbah was the first company in Malaysia to achieve ISO 9002 certification in 1995 in the construction sector, placing strong emphasis on quality and safety in every aspect of operations, and also the first construction company in Malaysia to have accomplished this. Muhibbah is renowned for being a leader in Marine Construction; since its incorporation in 1972. Today, Muhibbah also stands firm in the various discipline of Engineering Construction, both locally and internationally.

1994

Muhibbah listed on the Main Board of Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE) as Muhibbah Engineering (M) Bhd

Ventured into overseas market in Australia

Ventured into overseas market in Germany

1995

Muhibbah achieved the ISO 9002:1994 certification in construction sector in Malaysia for civil, marine, building & steel construction categories

Ventured into crane manufacturing with the acquisition of Favelle Favco Cranes (Australia)

1997

Acquisition of Kroll Cranes (Denmark)

Ventured into overseas market in Thailand

2001

Privatization of Federal road maintenance in central region from Government of Malaysia [ 21% equity stake in Roadcare (M) Sdn Bhd ]

2003

Muhibbah receives International Achievement Award from Malaysian CIDB (Construction Industry Development Board) for recognition of Muhibbah's involvement in overseas projects

2006

Crane division – Favelle Favco Berhad successfully listed on the Second Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE)

Entered into overseas market in Yemen

2008

Ventured into overseas market in Qatar

2013

Muhibbah was awarded Petronas license for Offshore Facilities Construction – Major Onshore Fabrication
